GRAY EAGLES 2026 GUN & CASH RAFFLE

The Prize – 

THIS IS FOR 1 RAFFLE TICKET with a chance to win 40 prizes consisting of guns or cash.  Only 2,000 tickets being sold!

THE PURCHASE OF A SINGLE RAFFLE TICKET WITH PRIZES BEING DRAWN ON SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 2026 at THE BEECH CREEK AMERICAN LEGION.  PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED.

Why It Matters

Every ticket purchased supports the Gray Eagles Football Alumni Association. Your contribution goes directly towards helping the Lock Haven University Football program support it’s student athletes both academically and athletically, keeping the spirit of the program alive for the next generation.

Drawing & Logistics

• When We Draw: SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 2026

• The ticket includes food and beverages during the event at the Beech Creek American Legion.  The drawing includes 20 guns of different makes and models and 20 different cash prizes.

• Notification: Winners will be contacted by a Gray Eagles Officer. Please ensure your contact info is accurate!

• Pick-Up & Shipping: All gun winners can pick up their prize at Miller’s Gun Shop, Mill Hall, PA.

• Need to be present on Sunday, June 28th to win.
• Checks for Money Winners will be sent within 3 days to the address listed on the ticket

Raffle Rules & Terms

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ to play. For alcohol or age-restricted items, you must be 21+.

• Condition of Prize: All items are awarded “AS IS”. Gray Eagles Football Alumni Association makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, safety, or fitness of the prize.

• Background Checks: For firearm raffles, the winner is responsible for passing all background checks at the designated FFL dealer. Failure to pass a background check results in forfeiture of the prize without refund.

• Unclaimed Items: Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing. After 30 days, the item is forfeited, and ownership reverts to the Gray Eagles Football Alumni Association.

• Right to Modify/Cancel: We reserve the right to end a raffle early (stagnant items) or cancel and refund a raffle if participation is insufficient. We also reserve the right to correct any technical or clerical errors in the listing.

• Refund Policy: If a raffle does not reach a sustainable threshold of tickets sold, we reserve the right to cancel the raffle and issue full refunds to all participants.

• Taxes: The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

• Liability: By participating, the winner agrees to release  Gray Eagles Football Alumni Association from any and all liability or injuries arising from the use or possession of the prize.

• SGOC: Conducted under License #428 (Clinton County, PA)
